Terms and Conditions  

1. Applicability

These conditions apply to the carriage by Angel Enterprises of consignments booked under this consignment note within the territory of India, utilizing single or multimodal transport options. This agreement supersedes any other terms, oral or written.

2. Definitions

• Delivery: Tendering of a consignment to a recipient or intimation about arrival.
• Angel Enterprises (AE): Refers to Angel Enterprises or any authorized representatives.
• Parties: Refers to the sender, recipient, or their authorized representatives.
• Sender: Person or organization tendering a consignment to AE.
• Recipient: Person or organization entitled to receive the consignment.
• Shipment/Consignment: Document or non-document booked under a consignment note.

3. Sender’s Obligations

It is the sender’s obligation to ensure adequate packing for the purpose of carriage with normal care in handling.

4. Items not Acceptable

The consignment covered under this note does not include restricted articles, contrabands, or commodities causing safety hazards.

5. Perishable Articles

Consignments containing perishable articles with a shelf life of less than 7 days will not be accepted.

6. Inspection

AE has the right to inspect consignments at any time to ensure compliance with regulations.

7. Liability and Risk

In case of damage, loss, or mis-delivery, AE’s liability is limited unless the sender declares a higher value and pays the applicable Risk Surcharge.

8. Risk Surcharge

Risk Surcharge applies based on the declared value for carriage. Minimum charges or a percentage of the declared value, whichever is higher, are applicable.

9. Limited Liability for Delay

AE shall not be liable for consequential or indirect losses due to delays in delivery.

10. Freight Refund

Refund of freight is subject to Force Majeure conditions and non-payment may result in interest charges.

11. Dispute Resolution

All disputes are subject to adjudication by arbitration in New Delhi.
